• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further instructions.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly, so cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
